Willow Bank House Residential Home is situated near the market town of Pershore. Surrounded by landscaped gardens and bordered by a picturesque brook, Willow Bank is a purpose built house offering very high standards of residential care within a clean and secure environment, appropriate working equipment and adequate provisions to ensure quality of life and quality of care for each individual.

Accommodation present in addition to communal lounges and separate dining room; assisted bathrooms, two passenger lifts serving each end of the building, comfortable and personalised bedrooms with en-suite WC and vanity unit facilities, telephone and TV connection points and 24hr nurse call system installed.

Utilising a multi-disciplinary team approach when setting goals for the care of each resident, Willow Bank is registered with two local GP practices. Weekly clinics are held within the home and regular home visits are made by District Nurse teams, psychiatric professionals, physiotherapy, chiropody and optical services where needed.

Inspiring and encouraging those within our care to enjoy the fullest quality of life possible, residents are free to engage in social activities of their own choosing and are similarly free to pursue any hobbies or leisure activities of their choice.

Social programmes are centred around the interests of each individual. General programming includes areas of social, physical, intellectual, artistic and spiritual interaction. We encourage community involvement for our residents by welcoming visits from a variety of area organisations.

Meals are important social occasions and are treated as such. The dining room is attractively decorated with prettily laid and presented tables. Residents are encouraged to meet here and linger over varied, tasty and well balanced meals.

Special dietary requirements are happily catered for and meals can be served in residents rooms when required.
